Olympics....from beginning till now

Olympics History:

Back then in 776 BC, (B.C. abbreviated for "Before Christ" A.D. that’s in the year of Lord Christ) Started the Olympic Games by the name "Olympiakoi Agones". It consisted of a number of athletic competitions that are primarily interstate or cities that were present then at the ancient Greece. The Games were celebrated at the name of the "SKY FATHER" God Zeus and were held over an Olympiad that chronological studies have suggested as being a period of four years. See some things have not changed over the years. Although the games were called a halt during the period of the Emperor Theodosius I in 394 AD. At that time Olive leaf crowns were presented to the winners as trophies that gave sense of winning or ruling the Arena. At that time, no one except the Greek men born free had the chance to participate in these games and that too naked after swearing the Boar flesh in front of statue of Lord Zeus. Only privileged ones were allowed and so women are made stay away from the events.
