Being an Athlete.....Run in the leisure and have some pleasure.


Nowadays we see all around nasty kind of people having no systematic routine. If you are a hater of this and want some action and active kind of lifestyle, Athletics is the sport for you. "Run in the leisure to have some pleasure". That's how it starts. just make a routine. Go for a morning run. Have glimpse of the nature, enjoy it and that too with body and time management to be healthy and active.

I don't know how many of you are aware of the fact that if we get up early in the morning and have some perspiration or sweat, we actually feel better and our mind comes to a state to work and think in a way that we can't even imagine. Well yeah, I got it that you are thinking that if  you will be doing tedious jog in the morning, then it will make you drowsy and prone to sleep. The answer or i must say my premise to this is that when we have got our 6 to 7 hours delightful sleep and we get up out of the bed at 7 or 8 in the morning to go around to jog will actually improve your lifestyle and the way you present yourself and not just this but will help you achieve what you want in your professional life too.



So just have faith in yourself, get up and do something. People love to be around those who are witty. Who take challenges so you should take the challenge to make this a routine. Secondly people like those who have an active lifestyle, actually they love to be with those who are fit and functioning. Third, If you are into making a good personality to get good glances from those around you, you need to do the same.

Now the misconception arises in the mind, am i doing this to please others around me? A big NO. Just have this. Since we the humans are a social animal we need to be in one of the circles. Humans live in colonies or societies. Those who share common interests are together. Living alone will get you just distress and failure. You will just regret being yourself.

So to get out of this misery and pain and to forget the regrets and painful memories of the past just follow the simple rule to make yourself better.


The idea here was to just not live the life by having the facebook status as day well spent just sitting on the couch or being sleepy in the morning. Enjoy the nature. Get the fullest out of the life. Do stuff. Don't look tired or sorry. You are not here to be called lifeless. Be alive, actually full of life so that people enjoy you. They tend to know who you are. What you have in store for them.

And now its getting too long to move you all. Coming to the point of Athletics. Its not that you only run. Some people find it quite a boring activity. So if you are aspiring to be in sports, Athletics is a sport that has got you a lot of choices. 

Choose a game out of the versatile list of events and disciplines that suite you, your shape, and most important that you love to do. The profession we choose today, I must raise this here, is not that we love. Its the one that we think will get us more money. But this is not with the game. You play what you love to and that's the mantra to achieve your desire fruit in the sport.



The events that you can have in Athletics are:

  • Throwing events like Javelin throw, Discus throw etc.(Powerful and ready to flaunt Shoulders and Arms)
  • Jumping events like High jump, Long jump, Triple jump, Pole Vault (Will power your thighs and legs and get rid of comments on the the same)
  • Sprinting events like 100 m / 200 m (With or without hurdles) if you see the next Usain Bolt in you.
  • Middle/Long distance races (Buildup the Stamina and the mindset to never give up coz those who don't give are the one's difficult to beat).
