Don't just read the books, Focus and learn with the Stress buster in exams.

There are changes in the air around us. There are good times as well as the harsh ones. Sometimes there is happiness at others there is worry. Today I am going to discuss such a worry particularly in a student’s life, The EXAMS. The exam as said to be invented by Henry Fischel was a term used for the test to recognise the knowledge that a student had. It was just to show how much a student knew the subject and performed in the same very nicely but nowadays the things have changed. Students strive hard to get through them and usually tend to get away from the major aspect of life that is PLAYING and WORKOUT. This indulgement into Physical activities forms the basis for the well-being of our physique and the mind too. An active mind is good at focussing and according to the science of our mind, we remember only the things we focus on. So Physical activities are a good source of power for our minds and so we should never completely stop and should give some time for physical activities during exams too. My motto here is not to drive you all my readers away from studies as I myself is a student going to be a graduate soon but is to provide you with some stuff that is surely going to help you do great in the exams and make you cheer even in the exams as you will be learning everything very easily following the mere stress buster technique of playing.
