Tips to improve running speed.

Thinking and Reading of Sports events and games is not worthwhile if we don't give it a try ourselves to be good in a particular game or practice to be the beholder of a good physique. So to make the readers get something out of these i'll be giving some tips and advises about how to bring laurels in various sports activities and for that reason today i am going to give some fast tips about how to run faster.

Many of us have seen times being slow in the sprints being held at our institutions or any other local state organised games due to lack in speed and lack of proper running posture. So to cope up with that here are some of the quick tips.




1. Look straight while running.
2. Hands should be open while running.
3. Note down your strides during practice session and try to increase them by practicing more.
    (Average cadence of a good runner is usually 180 STEPS PER MINUTE)
4. Skipping rope is a very good exercise to increase forward motion during running.
5. Feel free while running. Never run under stress.
6. Always perform some stretching exercises before running. It will not only increase speed but also       decrease the chances of injuries like muscle pull etc.
7. Drinking coffee at least half an hour before running improves our stamina to a great extent.
8. You can listen to songs while running for a better jogging experience to increase stamina.
9. Breathe up to the Diaphragm.
10. Hill runs and fartlek (Running long distance with sprinting and jogging combined) is proven
     a great exercise to improve running speed.
